One of my personal favorite shorts, Soft, by British director Simon Ellis has come home to the internet. I reviewed the film in 2008, however the article at that time linked to a pirated copy of the film, and that video was soon taken down.We left the review in place and I’ve had many readers subsequently ask how they can see the celebrated film which won Sundance’s International Jury prize in 2008.

Well I’ve got an answer now. Over two years later the film has emerged on YouTube in legit-form thanks to Network Ireland TV’s YouTube Channel, a wonderful short film resource that hosts previous Short of the Week picks Frankie and New Boy
