Breaking in Through the Tiny Screen

We’ve spent the last 4 years following the world of online short films and have seen it grow from a curiosity to what is fast becoming the premiere source for discovering innovative storytellers. Earlier this year we experimented with launching our own short film into the online world and were wowed by what followed. And today, we’re seeing more and more filmmakers do the same. Short of the Week creators, Andrew and Jason, are inviting three other filmmakers who’ve launched film careers after releasing their work online to discuss what’s possible: How do you get your film to stand out? Does the film industry follow what happens online? How does online compare to going the festival route?
